Overview

The Integrated Sensing and Computing Chip CZ-CSC-002 adopts a multi-chip stacked design architecture, based on advanced technologies such as FPGA, high-performance MCU, 30MHz-6GHz RF transceivers, and more for multi-core, multi-die collaborative design. It features multi-core collaboration, programmability, multi-channel scalability, and low power consumption. It is mainly used in edge devices, unmanned systems, low-cost high-integration guidance heads, and individual soldier terminals in fields such as industrial internet, public safety, and other intelligent equipment.
