Electroactivation Station for Getter EA40

An automated process for the electrical activation of getter materials in uncooled infrared sensors. This equipment enables independent, computer-controlled electrical activation of up to 40 workstations, with individual parameter settings for each activation cycle that can be saved separately. (Multiple workstations can be customized.)

*Touchscreen-activated workstation modular control and process alarm notifications

*Activation current, time, and process segments can be easily set.

*Different detector specifications or activation methods can be accommodated by switching the activation tooling and activation procedures, enabling electrical activation operations to be performed directly on the equipment; the switching operation must be simple and straightforward.
