Semi-Automatic Vacuum Parallel Sealing and Welding Machine PAL-V200A

The vacuum parallel sealing and welding machine is an automated, precisely aligned vacuum sealing and welding system. Operators manually place the tube shell and cover plate into their respective fixtures, select the corresponding process recipe, and initiate the program. The equipment then automatically picks up the cover plate, captures a visual image, and, following computational analysis, accurately positions the cover plate over the tube shell to achieve precise alignment. Subsequently, spot welding and seal welding are performed, followed by final sealing under high-vacuum conditions.

1. Overview

The vacuum parallel sealing and welding machine is an automated, precisely aligned vacuum sealing and welding system. Operators manually place the tube shell and cover plate into their respective fixtures, select the corresponding process recipe, and initiate the program. The equipment then automatically picks up the cover plate, captures a visual image, and, following computational processing, accurately positions the cover plate on the tube shell to achieve precise alignment. Subsequently, spot welding and seal welding are performed, followed by final sealing under high-vacuum conditions.

2. Process Flow

This equipment is available in two process configurations: Manual Process: Material loading (manual) → Drying → Manual placement of the product → Automatic welding with manual transfer → Automatic transfer to the vacuum chamber → Vacuum sealing and soldering → Material unloading (manual).

Automated process sequence: Material loading (manual) → Drying → Automatic cover plate placement → Automated welding and transfer → Automated transfer to vacuum chamber → Vacuum sealing and welding → Material unloading (manual)
