Overview

The automatic alignment parallel sealing machine is a semi-automated device. the operator manually places the shell and cover plate into their respective fixtures, selects the corresponding process formula, and starts the program. the machine automatically picks up the cover plate and takes a visual photo based on the selected program and welding parameters. after calculation, the cover plate is precisely placed on the shell, achieving alignment, followed by spot welding and seam welding. this machine performs hermetic sealing between metal, metallized ceramics, and metal lids. the device is equipped with a highly reliable PLC, industrial control computer, and advanced high-frequency inverter welding power supply, ensuring fast dynamic response and high control accuracy. it is also equipped with an automatic cover plate pick-up mechanism and a visual system to meet the demands for high-precision automatic alignment of the cover plate. additionally, the atmosphere-controlled glove box provides an optimal working environment for the welding process.
