Mass Spectrometer System: Consists of an ion source, amplifier, and mass spectrometer tube.
Molecular Pump: Provides high vacuum for the mass spectrometer system.
Forepump: Provides primary vacuum for the molecular pump and evacuates the workpiece for leak detection.
