V60 Helium/Nitrogen/Fluorinated Oil Leak Detection Platform

The helium–nitrogen–fluorinated-oil leak-testing platform is an automated leak-detection system specifically designed for both fine and coarse leak testing of electronic components such as semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, and electronic products. The system is equipped with a PLC (programmable logic controller) that enables fully automated control and operation of the entire leak-testing process, effectively preventing operator errors and enhancing testing efficiency. In addition, the nitrogen tank on the equipment is fitted with photoelectric level-sensing devices, allowing real-time monitoring of the oil level inside the tank.

Product Features

• The helium/nitrogen-fluorinated-oil leak-testing platform is an automated leak-testing system specifically designed for fine and coarse leak detection of electronic components such as semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, and electronic products. Equipped with a PLC (programmable logic controller), the system enables fully automated control and operation of the entire leak-testing process, effectively preventing operator error and enhancing testing efficiency. In addition, the nitrogen tank on the equipment is fitted with photoelectric level-sensing devices, allowing real-time monitoring of the oil level inside the tank.

• This equipment features a high degree of automation and excellent reliability. When used in conjunction with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector and a heavy fluorinated oil heater, it can perform both fine and coarse inspections of electronic components.

• The V-60 helium-fluorinated-oil pressurization unit, when used in conjunction with a heavy fluorinated-oil heater and an ammonia mass-spectrometer leak detector, can readily meet the leak-testing requirements for electronic and semiconductor devices specified in GJB36A-96, GJB548-96A, and GJB128A-97.
