Overview

The helium, nitrogen, and fluorine oil leak detection platform is an automated leak detection system specifically designed for fine and coarse leak testing of semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, electronic products, and other electronic components. the system is equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) to automatically control and operate the entire leak detection process, effectively preventing errors and improving detection efficiency. additionally, the nitrogen gas tank is equipped with optical detection equipment to monitor the oil level in the nitrogen gas tank at any time. this platform is highly automated and reliable. when combined with a helium mass spectrometer leak detector and a heavy fluorine oil heating instrument, it can perform both fine and coarse leak detection processes for electronic components.

 

Principle Description

The V-60 helium fluorine oil pressurization instrument, when paired with the heavy fluorine oil heating instrument and helium mass spectrometer leak detector, can easily meet the leak detection requirements for electronic and semiconductor devices as specified in the GJB36A-96, GJB548-96A, and GJB128A-97 standards.
